Short. Alright, since we still
don't have a newsscript, and I can't set up anything PHP
based (If anyone knows of a CGI newsscript it could
help), I renamed the admin forum and moved it up the
board index.
This area
will now serve as our main means of 'spreading the
word'. You can go there by clicking the link above.
Important news items could be summarized here on the
main page once in a while, depending on the amount of
important news items.
This news
update may seem short. And it is. That's what happens
when a computer crashes and I get cranky. I'll finish
the update and 'Recent Additions', as well as modify the
members list a bit, once I feel more... cheery. Or when
Hell freezes over.
July 31st, 2002 -
Hooboy. It's been a good while since last
update, and what I have to say this time ain't exactly
an essay. Basically, with the Members page and what are
the Illuminati page redone, and the decision made not to
create project specific pages just yet, the site can be
considered complete.
I'll leave
Fang in charge of creating the appropriate pages for the
RPG, and am still hoping for a mysterious benefactor to
set up a newsscript here, so I can hand half a bunch of
people a key, call them newsies and get two more main
page updates a year. I can dream, can't I?
I still need
something to put in the Undefined box, now, and on the
members page I can only say the following: There is no.
It lists the IDs and contact information from those
people working on projects or the site. Any less urgent
matters can be easily handled via the mailing option of
the boards. Personally, I'm betting a lot of people (for
as far as you can call the frequenters a lot) won't
notice this page's been updated, using a bookmark
directly to the forums.
In
conclusion: I don't know where the hell this place is
going. I'm fine with pretty much anything, but please,
do tell me. Alright?
